个人简历:董柏余,副教授(博士,硕士生导师)2010年毕业于甘肃农业大学生物工程专业;2015年毕业于甘肃农业大学营养与食品卫生学专业(导师:毕阳教授);2019年毕业于华南农业大学园艺产品采后科学专业(导师:张昭其教授)。承担的科研项目:主持在研1项国家自然科学基金—RrMYBs参与H2维持刺梨果实高AsA含量的作用机制研究(32260795, 2023-2026)、1项贵州省科技计划项目采前苯丙噻重氮处理诱导天麻采后抗病性的作用机理研究(黔科合基础-ZK[2021]一般 172)。在Postharvest Biology and Technology Frontiers in Plant ScienceScientia HorticulturaeLWT-Food Science and Technology与食品工业科技等国内外学术刊物发表论文20余篇。

 

主要研究方向:(中药材)农产品贮藏加工、果蔬采后生物学
