个人简历:
董柏余,农学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。中药资源与开发系教师。贵州省科技专家库专家,中国知网评审专家库专家。长期从事园艺产品采后品质变化及农产品贮藏加工相关研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金1项,贵州省科技计划项目1项,贵州民族大学基金科研项目1项。兼任多个SCI期刊审稿人,包括:Postharvest Biology and Technology杂志(中科院一区),Food Chemistry-X杂志(中科院一区),Scientia Horticulturae杂志(中科院二区),BMC Plant Biology(中科院二区),International Journal of Molecular Sciences杂志(中科院二区),Frontiers in plant science杂志(中科院二区),European Journal of Plant Pathology杂志(中科院三区)等,在Postharvest Biology and Technology,Frontiers in Plant Science,Scientia Horticulturae,LWT-Food Science and Technology和食品工业科技等国内外学术刊物发表论文20余篇。
